Active Travel Can be Customized for Anyone

Whether you are an avid hiker or biker or you are just beginning to explore the world of active travel, I strive to customize the ultimate getaway to suit you.

Recently quoted in The New York Times article, 8 Short Walking Tours for Those Who Stroll Rather Than Trek, I offer great options for those who wish to make active travel a part of the trip, but not the main focus.

Some of these tours include a four-hour guided walk to explore Ramon Crater, located in Southern Israel's Negev Crater, a half-day hike up the stunning Sugarloaf Mountain in Rio de Janeiro, or a six-hour hike up the gorgeous Mizik Pass in Morocco.

Focusing on active travel for 25+ years of my 29 years in the business, not only do I have first-hand expertise, but also an overwhelming passion for this specialty. A unique & immersive way to experience a destination, I truly believe that active travel promotes life changing moments and lasting memories.

Whether you are planning to visit a well-traveled destination or somewhere off the beaten path, I can provide added value and VIP treatment through my world-wide partnerships. My goal is to design an experience featuring great destinations, out-of-the-box means of travel, superb accommodations, and experienced guides - all that exceed your expectations. In addition, I have access to plan customized trips to unique, remote destinations that are impossible to reach without the help of an expert.

Because everyone is different, I take the time to collaborate with you so I can discover your travel dreams & design the perfect trip. We will discuss things such as skill level, types of trails, bike preferences, various tour companies, training plans, etc. to ensure you are properly prepared for the journey, and I am properly prepared to delivery what you hope for, and more.

I will also arrange for unforgettable pre and post biking and hiking gems, from a massage, to a helicopter ride to Mustang, Nepal (a personal favorite), olive oil tasting with a local in Hvar, Croatia, or a mid-day espresso break.

Beyond the destinations featured in the article, other popular destinations for customized active trips are Ireland, Mallorca, Puglia, Iceland and Macchu Pichu. Are you interested in what active travel could mean for you? Contact me to start the conversation!
